Exterior room of 21 m², located at the entrance of the 2nd floor. It has a king size bed of 180 x 200 cm and views of the open courtyard without ceiling. Equipped with mosquito nets, opaque blind, curtains and net curtains. It has a 55" Smart TV, closet with mirror and coat racks, fan with remote control and color-changing LED lights, imitation parquet flooring and smart electronic lock.

The private bathroom is inside the room. It has no window, but has a ventilation system. It includes shower tray, suspended vessel, hair dryer, scale, toiletries and towels. It also has a desk and chair, ideal for working or relaxing.
