Spacious 15 m² room with a 180 x 200 cm bed and access to a private balcony overlooking a quiet street, the side sea, the mountains and the old town. It has a screen door, opaque blind, curtains and net curtains. Equipped with 55" Smart TV, safe, closet with mirror and coat racks, fan with remote control and dimmable color mood lights. Tiled floor and balcony door with double glazing for greater acoustic and thermal comfort. Intelligent electronic lock.

It shares a bathroom with window at the end of the corridor with room A2. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, hairdryer, scale, toiletries and towels. Both rooms are located at the entrance on floor 1, opposite the living room.
