The 15 m² room is located at the entrance on the 2nd floor (only accessible by stairs, no elevator). It has a 160 x 200 cm bed and a balcony overlooking a quiet street, as well as side views of the sea, the mountains and the old town. Equipped with mosquito net door, opaque blinds, curtains and drapes. It has a 55" smart TV, a closet with mirror and wardrobe, a fan with remote control and dimmable colored LED light and parquet imitation flooring. The balcony door is double-glazed. Intelligent electronic lock.

The bathroom is private, outside the room but directly in front of the room. It has no window, but is equipped with a ventilation system. Equipped with shower tray, washbasin, hairdryer, scales, toiletries and towels. It also has a desk and chair, ideal for working or studying.
