Spacious 15 m² room with a 180 x 200 cm bed and private balcony overlooking a quiet street, side sea view, mountains and the old town. Equipped with mosquito door, blackout blind, curtains and drapes. Includes 55" Smart TV, safe, closet with mirror and hangers as well as fan with remote control and color adjustable lighting. Tiled floor and double-glazed balcony door for sound and heat insulation. Intelligent electronic door lock.

The bathroom is shared with room A2 and is located at the end of the corridor. It has a window, shower tray, bidet, hairdryer, scales, toiletries and towels. Both rooms are located in the entrance area of the second floor, opposite the living room.
